SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
At ModTime, every timepiece is hand-assembled with precision and tested carefully before shipping. We strive to ensure a transparent and reliable delivery experience for all of our customers worldwide.
This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery times, shipping methods, and all relevant conditions regarding shipment and delivery.
1. Processing Time (Assembly Time)
Each watch is individually hand-assembled and tested by our team.
Processing time: 4–6 days.
This period includes:

hand assembly of the movement and components,
-
quality control and accuracy testing,
-
secure packaging of the watch with its travel case and accessories.
Please note: Assembly times may vary slightly depending on order volume, although we always aim to complete every order as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.
2. Shipping Origin
All ModTime orders are shipped directly from our workshop in Asia, where final assembly and packaging are completed.
We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure safe, efficient, and trackable delivery.
3. Delivery Time (Shipping Duration)
Once the assembly and quality control are completed, your order is dispatched.
Estimated delivery times:

Europe (EU): 7–12 days

United Kingdom & Switzerland: 7–14 days

Rest of World: 7–14 days
Delivery times may vary depending on:

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to international logistics conditions beyond our control.
4. Shipping Carriers
We work with various reliable carriers depending on the destination, including:

Local postal partners in the destination country
The carrier is automatically selected to provide the fastest and safest shipping route.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Tracking updates may require 1–3 days to appear after dispatch.
6. Shipping Costs & Duties
European Union & Europe
✔ Free shipping on all orders. All import duties and taxes are included (DDP) — you pay nothing extra on delivery.
United States
Flat-rate, fully tracked shipping (shown at checkout). All import duties and taxes are included (DDP) — no surprise customs fees on delivery.
Other destinations
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier availability. For destinations outside the European Union and the United States, any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) may be the buyer’s responsibility.
7. Delays and Global Shipping Conditions
Due to global shipping conditions, especially high parcel traffic involving the United States, some deliveries may take slightly longer than expected.
We do everything on our side to ensure the fastest possible handling and dispatch.
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us — we are always ready to help.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
We recommend double-checking your address before completing your order.
