ModTime is an independent custom watch studio. Every watch we present should be understood as a ModTime custom build, assembled from selected components and described with clear boundaries around design inspiration, parts, logos and brand independence.
Independent means transparent
A custom watch can carry a familiar design language without becoming a product from another company. That distinction matters. ModTime exists to make the buying experience clearer: what the watch is, how it is assembled, what components shape it and what support path stands behind it.
When you buy from ModTime, you are buying a ModTime custom watch. The value is in the combination: the case profile, dial, hands, movement, crystal, bracelet or strap, finishing choices and final assembly discipline.
No hidden relationship
ModTime is not sponsored, endorsed, authorized by or connected with any third-party watch brand. We do not want customers to make a decision from confusion. The page exists so the independence of the brand is visible before purchase, not buried after the fact.
That clarity protects the customer and the brand. It lets the watch stand on its own terms: a custom build made for people who like the look, feel and presence of a carefully composed watch.
Logo and no-logo choices
Some customers prefer a signed dial because it gives the watch a stronger visual identity. Others prefer a no-logo dial because it feels quieter, more symmetrical and more restrained. Neither option changes the basic point: the watch remains a ModTime custom build.
