1-year workshop warranty

Every ModTime watch includes a 1-year warranty on workshop work and mechanical function under normal everyday use. This reflects the same quality promise described across the current storefront and About page.

Returns and statutory withdrawal

Consumers who buy online may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. ModTime applies this path to every standard product and variant currently offered through modtime.store. Submit the request through the online return function at https://account.modtime.store, by email to modtime.store@gmail.com or by post. For a no-fault withdrawal, the customer bears the direct return cost. Defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods follow the separate statutory complaint path, with required remedies provided without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Shipping and delivery

Each watch is hand-assembled, tested, and packaged before dispatch. Current store guidance states a 4 to 6 day assembly window, followed by estimated delivery times that are usually 7 to 12 days for the EU and United States, and 7 to 14 days for the UK, Switzerland, and the rest of the world.
